WOOD VS. HARROGATE TOWN – KIDS GO FREE!

9 December 2019

Wood’s community arm is delighted to announce that our next home league fixture against Harrogate Town on December 21st will be our designated festive community day, with all local school students and youth football teams invited to come to the game FREE OF CHARGE!

The game will see the Wood return to league action following a Herts Senior Cup and FA Trophy double scheduled against Royston Town on Tuesday night (10th December) and Saturday afternoon (14th December) respectively.

Wood have been in great league form of late, unbeaten in their last seven games, including three wins and four draws. However, we’ll be facing stern opposition in an attempt to extend our unbeaten run to eight games, as Harrogate currently occupy a play-off place in 6th position and are amongst the favourites secure a place in the Football League come May.

As ever, Luke and his team will need your support, so we ask all local school students and youth football teams to take advantage of this offer and get behind the lads!

To take advantage of this offer, you should contact the community team at the Club who will assist you in bringing your child, school students or youth football team. Please note only accepted for entry via home turnstiles and these tickets are strictly for under 12 entry only. All children should be accompanied with a paying adult.
