Boreham Wood FC are delighted to announce local construction company GRIGGS as our new short sponsor for the upcoming 2021/22 season.
GRIGGS, originally John E. Griggs & Sons Ltd, was established in 1968 in Borehamwood and is now enjoying its third generation of family directorship. Over the years, GRIGGS have developed a best-in-class reputation for creating exceptional residential and commercial spaces across the South Hertfordshire and North London region.
So much so that the GRIGGS brand has fast become one of the most recognisable and well-known locally and is now synonymous with excellence, quality, attention to detail, honesty and integrity, a company that focuses on delivering for their clients whilst being approachable, enthusiastic, and forward thinking.

As such the Club are delighted to have teamed up with GRIGGS to become the Club’s new short sponsor for the 2021/22 campaign, in fact they become the first short sponsor in the Club’s history as we look to develop our commercial outreach as we navigate our way out of the COVID-19 pandemic ahead of the 2021/22 season.
Upon teaming up with GRIGGS, Commercial Executive Mandee Morris said, “As a Club we are thrilled to team up with such a well-known and highly regarded local company like GRIGGS. Chris Griggs, Director at GRIGGS, had this to say upon his family company teaming up with his local Football Club, “It is an absolute honour and a privilege to partner with Boreham Wood FC. It is my local team and in fact back in the late 90’s and early 2000’s I actually had a spell as a player with the Club when Danny had only just taken over the reins as Chairman. My Grandfather was also a committee member and Director of the club many years ago and was part of the volunteers that helped construct the first stand back in the 60’s!”
