Ahead of Wood’s season tickets and new black card memberships going live on sale tomorrow (Wednesday 28th April) at 2.00pm, the Club can provide the following update to supporters on how they can get their season ticket/membership.
SEASON TICKETS – RENEWALS
Please note – all season ticket renewals will require your 2020/21 season ticket barcode in order to renew your season ticket successfully.
In the main, all season ticket holders did receive their season tickets for the 2020/21 campaign, however in some instances we could not deliver season ticket cards. We ask that if you do not have your season ticket card for 2020/21 with a valid barcode then please contact the ticketing team at Meadow Park by calling the main club office on 020 8953 5097 or by emailing bwfcticketing@gmail.com.
ONLINE
Please ensure you have your 2020/21 season ticket barcode to hand, as without this you will not be able to get past the first page.
Unfortunately, for renewals we cannot process group bookings online, in these instances each season ticket renewal will need to be processed and paid for individually to ensure valid barcodes are entered.

The main club office is open between the hours of 10am and 4pm on Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Our friendly staff can process your season ticket applications in person, however please ensure you have all information to hand as season ticket applications cannot be completed until all information is received. Additionally, if renewing for multiple people, you will need their 2020/21 season ticket barcodes, as well as their information too. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your information on any 3rd party season ticket application.
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we are accepting card payments only at this stage.

COLLECTION ONLY
Please note, the Club has decided this season that all season ticket/membership cards will be available for collection rather than sent out via post. To the Club, this seems a sensible approach in order to save on postage for supporters and alleviate any risk of any undelivered season ticket cards.
However, in cases where the season ticket holders/members wish for their season ticket to be sent out via recorded delivery, this can be arranged by contacting our ticketing team by emailing bwfcticketing@gmail.com or by calling the main club office on 020 8953 5097. Please note postage and packaging charges will apply.
Please note, from the offset it is the Club’s intention to make season tickets/memberships available for collection from our Club Shop during our home pre-season friendly fixtures ahead of the 2021/22 National League season opening game on Saturday 21st August 2021.
