PRE-SEASON UPDATE

Boreham Wood FC are delighted to announce the first three of five home pre-season friendlies. These games are an Arsenal XI, Brentford and Chelsea XI and we look forward to announcing two other home pre-season games.

Yet again we feel we have put together a competetive home pre season programme to excite our supporters. We will also announce another big local EFL club, who will bring their full first team squad to the Mangata Pay UK Stadium Meadow Park in July.

As is customary, we are delighted to welcome our esteemed friends and long term partners from Arsenal FC on July 13th. This game will coincide with our Towns and Meadow Parks annual families day, so will offer a vibrant community atmosphere coupled with club and park initiatives for our fans, local children and local families alike.

Following Arsenal XI’s visit, Meadow Park will play host to our friends from Brentford on July 23rd and then host a Chelsea XI on July 27th. All of these encounters promise to be competitive and true tests for our new Manager and our new signings, as we look to create a more offensive brand of football with a talented new squad that we hope can challenge for the National League South Title.

Arsenal XI (H) – Saturday 13th July 2024 – 3.00pm KO
Brentford XI (H)- Tuesday 23rd July 2024- 7.30pm KO (free with season ticket)
Chelsea XI (H) – Saturday 27th July 2024 – 3.00pm KO (free with season ticket)
4th home pre-season game- TBC
5th home pre-season game- TBC

SEASON TICKETS  

All our season tickets holders who have ordered by July 1st, will also qualify for two ‘free’ pre-season games (Brentford & Chelsea XI). As well as three age group categories receiving a free replica kit. As long as their season ticket purchase is made before June 30th , supporters will receive their kit in time for our first pre-season game.
