HOLLYWOOD COMES TO BOREHAM WOOD

With the Hollywood takeover of Wrexham seemingly imminent, Boreham Wood FC with all of its film background, are pleased to announce our live streaming initiative that will hopefully cover all Wood home and away games (subject to games being streamed and dependent on Arsenal Women and Development fixtures onsite at the same time.)

With 17 tables of various group capacities being available, we are pleased to say that we have already sold 8 since 8pm last night. As such can we thank Peter Harrington for taking a table of 6, Lee Brown for taking a table of 2, Dave Putman for taking tables of 4 and 2, as well as Phil Jackson and Craig Wilde for taking their tables, too.

On top of that the Chairman and the Gaffer have both taken a table of 4 for their guests, plus Alan Swan has kindly taken a table for the entire season.

Once you buy a table, that table is yours for the season as long as you book it for each game. That said, if you choose to give it up for a game and it subsequently gets taken over by someone on our waiting list, then it becomes their table until they give it up, repeating the chain…

For your comfort and safety of the Wood Army, the Club have built a new one-way system which includes two new bars along with the installation of new carpets and wall mounted sanitisers at all entry and exit positions. The Club will also be operating table service only, as well as temperature checks and a wristband system that will be in operation upon your arrival.

We want you to enjoy yourself and with our new 80” large screen TV and an extra 9 TV’s that have been installed for the season, there is nowhere better to watch the game!  We need your support of course, but we need you to be safe and responsible when doing so! With that in mind the Football Club will be open from 1pm until 6pm on match days and is strictly a pre booked table venue. As always the Club and staff will look to ensure your safety and enjoyment is at the forefront of everything we do.

Please note your table lead booker will be handed the wristbands for their table and nobody without a wristband can be admitted into the venue on the day.

We are hopeful the remaining tables will sell out, so we ask that if you’re interested to book yours ASAP. Don’t miss out on the chance to see Wood’s first game of the season surrounded (socially distanced) by your fellow ‘Wood Army!’
