AS OF NEXT SEASON, OUR FRIDAY NIGHT COMMUNITY NIGHTS ARE BACK!!!

Discount nights on Fridays are back at Boreham Wood FC, where for many years they were a key part of our Astro Pitch Community initiative and outreach ambitions. Things changed somewhat during the pandemic when Friday nights were given over to Arsenal’s community teams.

Our Chairman, humbled by both the club’s relegation and the D-Day commemorations, has decided to increase the club’s community outreach. This year, we will bring back Friday Discount Night for all our local block bookers.

In addition, our Chairman will donate two free adult Boreham Wood FC season tickets to all Friday block bookers who take the slots from September 1, 2024, to the end of May 2025.

We expect our Astro pitches to be fully booked on Fridays with local youngsters, season ticket holders, senior men’s teams, and players. We anticipate local institutions like Men v Fat to return, and junior local clubs to take advantage of the £80 special offer for an hour and a half, which can be split into two 45-minute slots, reducing the cost to just £40 per session.

Our newly refurbished licensed bar will also be reopened on Fridays, allowing parents and local families to watch football on one of our many big screens in Ricko’s Bar, while enjoying a drink and a chat with friends and family in a safe and vibrant community atmosphere.

For the upcoming season, we really want to recreate a feeling of togetherness. This is why we are introducing heavily discounted Astro pitch prices for our local block bookers. Our special Friday discount rate means every pitch hire will be reduced by at least 30%.

So, if you are a block booker and want to get your Friday football or training slot booked early, get your deposit in now and secure your sessions while slots last.
