ARSENAL U19’s VS NAPOLI U19’s AT MEADOW PARK 02/10/13 AND ITS FREE…

ArsenalFCBoreham Wood Football Club can announce a real coup for the local folk of Borehamwood as it has penned a new exciting deal with the current Premiership Leaders.

It will not only see the continuation of Boreham Wood Football Club hosting Arsenal Ladies, but the beginning of a new 3 year contract that will see the Young Gunners development squad also play at our local stadium.

The facilities at Meadow Park have been improved beyond recognition year upon year and with a new stand due for completion in December, it is thrilling for all concerned that a top Premiership club like Arsenal are keen to grace them.

This is the first year that UEFA have chosen to stage a Champions U/19 Youth league competition, that will shadow the existing Champions League. This initiative will mean that european football at Meadow Park will feature the very best stars of the future.

UEFA have recognised that for the Elite squads across the top European sides to improve they need to compete in such a  competitionArsenal U19's and it will prove invaluable experience for our developing Arsenal stars who try to make the transition from youth team to the first team, at their relevant clubs

It is an exciting initiative and an exciting prospect for all local fans in the Borehamwood area. So please come along and witness it FREE for yourselves, as European match nights of the highest technical quality are free for you and your families..

What is more Boreham Wood Football Club have announced that entry will also be absolutely free for every local primary school child, not only for these showpiece ties but for their own Conference South League games and a simply filling out an application form will secure a junior BWFC season ticket.

Arsenal U19's Vs MarseilleArsenal will play all their group rivals both home and away as mirrored by the First teams Champions league group. The top two will go on to a one legged knockout stage, with the highest finishers gaining home advantage.

All Arsenal UEFA Youth League home group games will be played at Meadow Park and are as follows;

Wednesday October 2nd Arsenal v Napoli at 7.00pm.
Wednesday October 23rd Arsenal v Borussia Dortmund at 7.00pm,.
Monday November 25th Arsenal V Olympique de Marseille at 7.00pm.
