VACANCY: MEDIA MANAGER

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Boreham Wood FC to become our media manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with excellent written, media and communication skills to help the Club, our Commercial Team and our Sports & Education staff, continue to grow our online presence. 

The successful candidate will be based at the club’s Meadow Park ground and must live within a 1 hour drive or commute. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player to work at a full time, vibrant, ever evolving football club, who aim to return to the National League next season. 

Since our promotion to the National League in 2015, we have steadily grown the club on and off the field and are now an established senior Non League club. The Club as recently as 2021/22 were thrust into the national spotlight, as we reached the Emirates FA Cup 5th Round by beating AFC Bournemouth and then taking on Everton at Goodison Park, becoming only the tenth Non-League side in FA Cup history to ever reach the last 16 of the world famous competition.  

Boreham Wood despite relegation, are still an ambitious, community focused full-time football club, who will aim for promotion out of the Vanarama National League South. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the football club’s media output, reporting to the Club Secretary, Sporting Director, Commercial Executive and Club Chairman.
