SEASON TICKETS 2024/25 SEASON

Boreham Wood FC Chairman Danny Hunter following discussions with our supporters, Fans Liason Officer Grant Morris and Ticket Office Manager Loretta Browne, has agreed on a whole raft of measures, initiatives and new Season Ticket prices as the club looks to hit the ground running in The Vanarama National League South.

Hunter said “By keeping my promise to remain  full time both on and off the field and by continuing to have ambitions to one day reach the EFL, I can’t be all things to all people as I’ve said many times. That said, I’ve still tried to ensure our prices are cheaper or comparable to most part time clubs within the National League South, and I’ve listened to Grant, Loretta and many of our fans concerns and tried to create a fairer set of age group prices that I think will also help our younger fanbase.

“With that in mind we will next season charge our over 70’s a small fee, but by also creating a ‘free’ digital programme for them and our other Season Ticket holders, that will be sent a day before a match-day, it will save many of them around £80 or more.

“On top of that we will offer ‘free’ replica Club Shirts to three of our younger age groups which is another saving of around £50. As an extra bonus, I also wanted to create a ‘free’ Monthly Match-day Hospitality draw exclusively for Season Ticket Holders, who can win a matchday hospitality table for two for a match-day or evening of their choice subject to availability.

“Finally Season Ticket holders will also receive two Pre Season home games free against Brentford and Chelsea, plus 10% discounts on their matchday Glass House drink spend, saving them anything from tens to hundreds of pounds over a season. They will also get 10% Club Shop discounts, 10% Travel Club discounts and 10% off Function Hire all subject to terms, conditions and availability.

“I hope people are understanding of our decisions, because I’ve tried to be as fair as possible but my priority must now turn to creating a very competitive first team budget, on recruiting a capable new Manager, and helping to build and support a competitve new squad, while ensuring everything is in place for a genuine push for promotion back to the National League at the first attempt.

Hunter continued  “We know we’ve retained a good base of National League players and we know our recruitment in the next few months is going to be key. I feel our clubs past investment, our current infrastructure and our continued facility improvements have been key in impressing possible new Managers and that’s why it feels like a good time to announce Season Ticket prices, before shortly announcing an exciting home pre season programme, unveiling three new Puma Kits and then announcing both new and continued club sponsorship’s and three exciting new contracts with Arsenal, Arsenal Woman and our Education partners SCL.

“As a club we have taken relegation on the chin, but I know we will come back stronger because of what we went through last season, and if the staff, club, town and community remain united, now is the time to trust in each other, to accept what has happened and to use our collective pain to go again and look forward to the new season.

“In truth, my waking day seems to start with how I will make the club better financially, and on how we might achieve promotion as a collective. I hope our staff, supporters, sponsors and partners, when I announce our plans and new appointments will be pleased and quietly impressed with the work we’re doing, the work we’ve already done and the ambition we are showing”

Hunter concluded “I know our fanbase will welcome our new Manager, will welcome our new players, they’ll buy their season tickets and they’ll continue to support their club in the right way.”
