LOCAL CHARITY WINS THE RAFFLE!

Boreham Wood Football Club are very happy to announce the success of our latest fundraising effort at our Gala Dinner on Saturday night, which saw a remarkable £596 raised through our annual charity raffle.

The Chairman has also graciously matched this amount personally, resulting in a grand total of £1192 being raised. This significant sum will be directly given over to the local dementia club out of Forest Care in Borehamwood, ran by local Councillor Sandra Parnell and Sasha Capocci, which will aid them in their invaluable work in providing guidance, and engaging in much needed activities for those in the community affected by dementia.

Our initiatives are always ongoing and demonstrate the strong community spirit within Boreham Wood Football Club which underscores the football club’s commitment to making a positive impact beyond the pitch, by supporting local charities when possible within our community.

So a big thank you to everyone who contributed and supported the fundraiser at Saturday Nights Gala Dinner.
