COMMUNITY FOOTBALL RETURNS TO MEADOW PARK

The Boreham Wood Community Trust are delighted to announce the return of our community football to Meadow Park with our after school football training recommencing this Wednesday, 7th October.

In partnership with the National League Trust, we will be running after school football once again for the following three age brackets: –

Little Learners (Ages 3 to 5)
Every Wednesday during school term
4pm – 4.30pm
£4 per Session or £30 for 10 sessions

Junior Trainers (Ages 6 to 8)
Every Wednesday during school term
4pm – 5pm
£5 per Session or £40 for 10 sessions

Future Stars (Ages 9 to 11)
Every Wednesday during school term
4pm – 5pm
£5 per Session or £40 for 10 sessions

The Trust will ensure all correct procedures are in place and we strictly follow guidelines as set out by the Government, the FA and the Herts FA in order to safely return to playing youth football.

Not only this, but the club also adheres to strict protocols of temperature testing, hand sanitising and social distancing, so please be rest assured your child be returning to playing football in the safest environment possible. Due to limited availability all spaces will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Upon the announcement of the return of Community football at Boreham Wood FC, Community Manager Connor Smith commented, “Firstly I’d just like to say, I hope you all have managed to stay safe and healthy through these unprecedented tough times. It’s amazing to be able to finally prepare and announce the return of our much-missed community youth football initiatives!

“It’s been an incredibly difficult few months in so many ways for so many people, but we are all extremely excited to welcome back our youth football participants, and we are constantly planning to ensure our activities are enjoyable but most importantly safe.” Smith concluded.
