A product of Cardiff City’s youth academy, Cameron earned his first professional contract with the Bluebirds in February 2017. Coxe was limited to only senior cup appearances in the FA Cup and League Cup for his boyhood club, departing the Cardiff City Stadium at the end of the 2019/20 season following the conclusion of his contract. Coxe found a new home at Solihull Moors in August 2020, followed by a loan spell at Colchester United, where he later signed a permanent deal in January 2022.
In October 2022, Coxe joined Boreham Wood on a short term loan, scoring on his Wood debut against Wealdstone in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round, before his temporary stay at Meadow Park was made permanent in December 2022, putting pen to paper on a two-and-a-half year deal.
