WELCOME, CAMERON COXE!

Boreham Wood FC are delighted to announce the arrival of full back Cameron Coxe to the LV BET Stadium Meadow Park on a short-term loan from League Two’s Colchester United.

Having begun his career with Cardiff City, the Wales Under 21 international arrives at the LV BET Stadium Meadow Park as no stranger to the Vanarama National League having plied his trade with Solihull Moors between July 2021 and August 2022, making 26 appearances for the Moors.

After spending the beginning of the 2021/22 season on loan at Sky Bet League Two side Colchester United from the West Midlands side, the U’s made Coxe’s move permanent in January 2022. With 33 total appearances to his name in a Colchester shirt, Coxe makes the temporary switch from North Essex to South Hertfordshire in time for Wood’s eagerly anticipated Emirates FA Cup 4th qualifying round tie against near neighbours Wealdstone this Saturday.

Cameron has played for Wales at various youth levels; under 17’s, under 19’s, under 20’s and under 21’s. Impressively representing the Welsh under 21’s on 16 occasions over a five-year period between 2017 and 2022.

Cameron will wear the number 22 shirt during his time with the Wood.
