The Glass House

The Glass House is the largest events space at Meadow Park, capable of holding events for up to 200 guests.

Newly constructed in the summer of 2023, the venue is both modern and spacious and is suitable for all kinds of events, whether that be birthday parties, other landmark special occasions and fundraising events. The space also has direct access to a fully functional kitchen, hireable at an additional cost, so it makes the space ideal when catering for guests, such as sportsman’s dinners and weddings. With a raised stage area, the space is also great for conferencing and presentations, as well as any live entertainment at your special event such as a band, musician, comedian or magician.

Location

By car: Boreham Wood FC is in close proximity to M25, A1 and M1 motorways. So, getting here by car is relatively easy.

By train: The closest train station is Elstree & Borehamwood, located on the Thameslink line, just a 20-minute direct train from London King’s Cross/St. Pancras International.

By bus: The 107 and 292 buses run through Borehamwood, from Barnet and Edgware respectively.

Ricko’s

Ricko’s is the perfect venue for a Boreham Wood FC fanatic or football fan, looking for modern and contemporary events space. Ricko’s is named after the club’s greatest ever captain, Mark Ricketts, who famously scored our winning goal against Bournemouth in the FA Cup fourth round to set up fifth round tie against Everton at Goodison Park in 2022. The space is an ideal venue for Wood fans who want to celebrate their special occasion in a unique venue surrounded by FA Cup memorabilia from Wood’s cup runs across the past two decades.

OSCARS

OSCARS is the most intimate and stylish of all our events spaces here at Meadow Park. This space can hold events for up to 44 (seated) and 60 (open plan), so it is an ideal space for small gatherings. With 11 flat screen TV’s and connectivity, it also makes the space perfect for conferencing, presentations and meetings. OSCARS has previously been used for baby showers, corporate dinners and events, intimate special events and even wakes, amongst other purposes, too.
