EVERTON ALLOCATION AND PHASED TICKET UPDATE

9 February 2022

Following conversations with our ticketing counterparts at Everton FC, Boreham Wood FC’s ticketing team can confirm the away allocation for our eagerly anticipated Emirates FA Cup 5th Round tie at Goodison Park scheduled in early March.

Our away allocation has been set at 1740, plus a few Club staff tickets, wheelchair bays and personal assistant seats. This allocation is close to a 30% increase in the allocation that we noisily filled on Sunday evening at the Vitality Stadium.

Given the ticketing procedures in place for the Emirates FA Cup, as well as the configuration of Everton’s historic Goodison Park and the fact that the tie is a midweek fixture, the Club is optimistic this allocation is just about right for a Club of our size and will be taken up by the Wood Army enthusiastically…

Our hope is that we can create another amazing atmosphere at Goodison Park, as we bask in the knowledge we are going to the great and historic home of the people’s Club; Everton FC. We believe our fans, our players and our management team have earned the right through their heroic efforts in this historic FA Cup run to share the pitch, for one night only, with the 5 time FA Cup winners.

In line with all previous rounds, our phased ticket approach is being put in place by the Club, and whilst we await confirmation of match details, we remain hopeful of being a possible TV pick.

We can though confirm our phased ticket sales will go on sale this Friday with priority given to our season ticket holders and black card members, as well as those who attend Saturday’s FA Trophy last 16 tie with Wrexham via our away day travel club.

Wood Army, keep your eyes peeled for both confirmation of our phased ticket approach and match details, as we expect these both to be announced in the next 24 hours…
